oh NO!
roberts and nieuwendyk have LEFT TORONTO! and just after we signed buddy guy whose name i can't remember whom roberts was a mentor to!
i understand the reason at not signing, because obviously the leafs are highly constrained in how they spend their last 10.3 mil on salary (they need 7 more players), but its still sad. i liked them both. :(
